The first step was a phone interview with a recruiter. Following the phone interview, I was scheduled for a sample lesson and a debrief with a school leader. That was all that I was asked for.

So far I have had a really good interview process. Throughout the process they have been extreamly transparent with next steps and what I should expect. I have also gained a lot of information about the school and teachers experiance.

video recording interview that was for the first time for me . I applied online and waited two weeks I got an email invitation asking me to do the video interview. i tried my best but i still do not know the result yet. However the experience was new for me because I was expecting in person interview instead of video recording.
