The interview had several behavioral type questions and a couple technical questions. The technical questions were tricky but answerable. The Mayo Clinic website was actually helpful in providing sample questions and helpful tips to prepare for the types of questions used in the interview. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Online video interview due to COVID precautions. Had a preliminary interview with HR and received information about the organization, then interview with the unit manager and unit educator. Received the job offer after the interview.

Situational questions, like giving a situation where you had to make a quick decision about a patient.
Smooth process, well organized, and professional atmosphere when interviewing. I was treated respectfully and felt it was a good company to interview with. HR was very helpful in being flexible to find a time that worked with my schedule. The team that I met with was very welcoming.

Was called for interview, the interview went well. Hoping to hear back from them. HR personnel were friendly and professional. I met with the HR nurse recruiter. At the end of the interview she said she would call to schedule second interview.
