Had a phone call asking me to come in for my 1st round appointment for 15 minutes, was successful and managed to get to the second (final) round appointment which took around 1 hours.

I came in for a “first round” appointment, which was really nice as I met with the company director in person. Was a general chat about what I’ve done, what I’m looking for and what they’re looking for. Got called back the same afternoon saying congratulations, they liked me and would like to take the process further. The “second round” appointment was more in depth, explaining exactly what the company does and the opportunities within the company which I liked because it let me know exactly what to expect and what role I could play in the company.
