I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter who screened me and told me more about the role. I then had a phone interview with the VP of the account department. Finally, I came in for an in-person interview, which consisted of seven 30-minute interviews with various people from the company. It was probably one of the longest on-site interviews I had and by the last one I felt like I was losing my voice. However, meeting that many people did give me a good sense of the role, company and culture.
