Overall, the interview process is simple. One phone screening call with an HR rep, then calls with managers to discuss the teams. They don't typically have technical interviews, just personality-based ones to see how well you'd work with the team and to learn about your work ethic and experiences.

Interview
I was interviewed by 4 people in total over 2 interviews before being brought to medical. Questions were all competency based and required star answers. Questions were very broad so allowed for pre prepared answers to be used.
