Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic.

Interview

I had a phone interview with HR followed by an on-site interview with a manager. They asked typical questions, it was more of a fit interview. For my position, no technical questions were asked but they wanted to see I had a genuine interest in the business and general intelligence. There was a drug test upon accepting offer.
