I had to interview with 4 people before getting hired. Once hired & in orientation, I was informed I would be a Cashier in a different department, not working at Service Desk as applied for. Did not meet manager of my department for 1 1/2 weeks after starting.

Interview
The hiring process is long. Had my phone interview about 2 days after I applied, but the in person interview took about 2 weeks after that where I was hired on the spot. Took almost a month to get into the store.

Interview
There were three separate interviews for a minimum wage position which I thought was outrageous. More of the same questions from three different people. It was a fairly easy interview, but I'm still puzzled as to why it was such a long process.
