I was contacted by one of the people of the team I would be part of. I applied for the job, even not having all the qualifications they were asking, because I was contacted by this person. I researched about the company, took notes, and put a lot of time and effort into it. Interview lasted about 45 minutes and I was told that they would get back to me at a certain time, which didn't happen. I saw on LinkedIn afterwards that they created a new post for the job: they didn't tell me I was not being considered anymore, they dragged on my application for days to even tell me I was no longer being considered. The email didn't even come from the person that interviewed me and I got no feedback on my application either.
