Interview
I had a phone interview first with HR who then set up another interview with the Unit Manager on the floor I was applying to. I had a webcam interview with the manager. There was technical difficulties on their side. They couldn't get their webcam to work; they saw me but I couldn't see them. The manager who interviewed me did not ask me any questions but talked like she was going to hire me because she got a very good review about me (I was referred to them). I applied from Canada.

Interview
Applied for the job and received an email for a phone screening. It was a two step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager in person. Then I received a job offer a little over two weeks later. I accepted.
Thorough, extensive. Quick and to the point. Involved the manager, 2 employees on the unit over zoom. Was asked questions about the medical side of the unit and had time to ask any questions

My interview process was great. Everything took about 2 weeks. My recruiter was phenomenal, she answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. The manager I interviewed with was nice and informative. So far I have had a good experience!
