Phone interview with HR. Then panel interview with hiring managers of the unit. They were very nice and they asked basic interview question. Also be prepared to answer some behavioral question. The day after my interview the HR call me again for a job offer.

Applied for the job and received an email for a phone screening. It was a two step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager in person. Then I received a job offer a little over two weeks later. I accepted.
Thorough, extensive. Quick and to the point. Involved the manager, 2 employees on the unit over zoom. Was asked questions about the medical side of the unit and had time to ask any questions

My interview process was great. Everything took about 2 weeks. My recruiter was phenomenal, she answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. The manager I interviewed with was nice and informative. So far I have had a good experience!
