First, a phone screen from HR about six weeks after I applied. Second, a phone screen from the hiring manager. Thirdly, an in-person, with about eight employees (some were multiple at one time). Overall, I felt very good afterwards, feeling I had the job, based upon some comments about how well I did the "homework" (basically two detailed plans in ppt on two recent projects just starting up), plus what they "could do with" my additional skills I brought, above and beyond the job requirements. Negative (besides not getting an offer): no feedback as to why.
