I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Beverly Hills, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
The interview process was very enjoyable. The manager was extremely nice and personable when asking general interview questions and trying to get to know you better. I got a tour of the entire store and met some of the employees and was very impressed by what I was presented. I was then walked through the entire process of how I might be assisting potential Tuxedo customers and how to greet them. I watched a few company store policy videos and answered some questions on the computer. The store manager has been there for 10+ years and is the companies go to for training new employees and managers for other Men's Wearhouse stores so he was very knowledgeable about the company and it being a good fit for me. The Tuxedo manager is very energetic and fun to talk to and made sure I knew the in's and outs of the tux department before I left. I met other CSA's and even got to see the sales consultants in action helping customers buy suits and accessories.
All around clean store environment and it was designed very well organized to make sure to have everything an average business man would need.
The store sits across the street from the Beverly Center inside of the Beverly Connection next to a large variety of well known food and shopping places.

Question 1
What creative aspect do you think you could bring to this company?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Snellville, GA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview is really dependent on your resumé. I had previous retail experience, so I was asked different questions. The process was really short (5 minutes). As long as one presents themselves in a respectable manner, show up on time, and answers the questions that are asked, one should have no problem getting the job

Brief and easy. They asked a bit about yourself and your availability. Then I was told that I'm hired. I did come in a time where they badly needed personnel so that may have played a part.
