Very easy process, group interview with a few general questions. Most people were offered a position and we had a large all day training where we filled out the paperwork and received important documents.

Interview
Once you apply during the open application period they will send you an email to come in for an orientation. I thought it would be an interview type orientation but it was a huge group orientation! They choose who to hire directly from the applications, so that was really nice.

Question 1
During the orientation, which was about an hour and a half they go over all of the paperwork you need to complete and submit. Once you turn everything in you get set up in the substitute job system and you are good to go! The process takes a few weeks with the tests and fingerprinting needed.
