Just 2 days after applying to the internship online, I received an email to complete a HireVue within the next 2 days. The interview itself took under 45 minutes to complete, and the questions were fairly straightforward.

What is your approach to building relationships in a work setting?
Very fair and relatively laid back. Process starts with a HireVue, followed with an interview one on one. Both of which are behavioral. The final round interview was 4, 15 minute increments with four different interviewers. All great and very friendly, unfortunately did not receive the offer. But, overall great recruiters, very friendly and genuine.

First, hirevue. Asked typical why mercer, tell me about a time, etc. Then three interviews back to back, all behavioral. Very friendly and conversational. Asked about my experiences, left it open for questions
