Interview
I was interviewed by three people. One in the very upper post (someone like COC), two people below him (the heads of medical information, medical affairs). The very upper guy asked me questions like if I have any working experience with a pharma company. I said "No," because I was interviewing for my first job.

This was a multiple step process. The process was laid out in a straightforward way. It started with phone calls and emails with human resources. It was followed by an interview with the hiring manager, Then there was a panel interview.
