I was already a nurse extern, so I was transferring roles. For my nurse extern interview, I was called to set up an interview date which they easily worked around my school schedule. After setting the date, I arrived at my interview and went down to the conference center to check in and wait for the people who would be interviewing me. I was scheduled for two interviews. For one of the interviews, I was met down in the conference center and the interview was carried out in one of the rooms. For the second interview I met my interviewer up in her office. The interview was a 1:1 interview carried out by the leaders of the various floors I had applied to.
