Was interviewed by four people at several levels. Two of them were at my job-level, one was to be my supervisor, and I also spoke to someone in development. I also had to give a presentation on a recent project. The presentation was attended by 10 people local to the office, and was also joined by several more members of the team that worked remotely. There were about 20 min for the presentation, plus a 10 min question and answer session. I was asked questions by everyone who attended.

Initial phone screen was confusing because they acted like I was not qualified for the position. Job description was also inaccurate- it stated position was eligible for bonus, but I was told it is not.

3 Rounds of tinterview, despite getting good reviews on them i was ghosted. I tried reaching out to the recruiter multiples times but i was left with zero clue why i was not selected.
