Group interview followed by 1:1 with a senior manager. Questions were around hypothetical guest experience. How to deal with complaints, what if a technical issue occurred while operating a ride etc.

The process began with maybe 60 people ( Pre-covid) getting a tour of the facilities, then we had several teams exercise consistently monitored, after this, we had an interview with consisting of generic interview questions

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Merlin Entertainments
Relatively informal process keeping me at ease and being quite friendly. Had a few laughs in the interview and went smoothly. Offered the job a few days later having been phoned up. Apparently some received a rejection email despite having the job though.

Group interview then individual interview. Had to build a Lego model as a group, one person would look at the model and then describe it to the other members to build it. The member who looked can not help build. The team takes turns going up to look. The task had a limit of around 5 minutes. Then we were called for individual interviews, with standard interview questions which lasted around 10 minutes
