What are your greatest skills and how will this skills benefit the position?
initial phone interview didn't make it past the initial interview which was virtual. 2 people were present with numerous difficult questions. Never heard back, which I didn't mind because both people had nothing to do with the department so they couldn't answer any of my questions.
