Initial conversation was very friendly, however got another call from the same company offering a different role on the same day which was a weird experience. I proceeded with the main role interview, arranged call with learning director, who was very friendly and enthusiastic about what they are trying to achieve. Had one online meeting to discuss the role and responsibilities and strategies of what they want to achieve, felt the call went great. Was personally not looking for a move but the vision interested me enough to consider. After call, didn't hear anything. Not from Michael Pages recruiter and not from OneAdvanced, I reached out once and told the director was still on holiday, but didn't hear anything beyond that. In my opinion, I didn't appreciate being left in limbo no feedback nothing. You would believe at this stage in seniority you would get some more from these companies. Wouldn't waste my time going forward. Michael Page specially won't take any calls from them going forward.
