Interview
I filled out an online application, and heard back (by phone call) within a week. I scheduled an interview for the following Monday.
The interview itself took place in the store's classroom, and was a one on one with the store's manager.
I dressed in dress pants, flats, and a nice blouse, and added artsy little earrings as a conversation piece. (If you make jewelry, pins, hairpieces etc, wear them! Employees need to have "a passion for creativity"!) Interviews at my location were casual. The process took little over half an hour. I recieved a job offer call two days later.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
