The interview was fairly straight-forward. It was two parts, one with the designer on staff, the other with a more senior member of the company. The first part was standard interview questions, the second was conceptual scenarios about future company releases.
However, if you get an in-person interview, be prepared to track down the employee you'll be interviewing with when you get to the office. They made no effort to proactively greet first timers.
