Modiano used a recruitment agengy for hiring candidates for this role. The agency wasted my time: I had to go to the agency offices 4 times... which is unnecessary. Two appointments with the agents would have been more than enough (definitely not 4!). Then.... I finally managed to go at the Modiano Head Office for an interview (which lasted 3 hours... and I had good vibes). Everyone was professional and passionated. I thought I would get the job but unfortunately I was not selected. In my humble opinion: the recruitment agency used by Modiano was not very professional.... as they never explained me why I was not selected. The agent just told me that "I was not a good fit for Modiano?". (Totally unexpected, especially because during the interview the C.E.O. complimented me in various occasions). Please change recruitment partners. Agents need to always give feedbacks on interview processes.
