I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mondo (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2017
Interview
I was contacted via LinkedIn. Then I had a quick phone call with the person that contacted me and we scheduled an in-person interview. The in-person interview was alright. I got a feel for the position and what was required. The person with whom I interviewed stressed how demanding the position is and that it requires a lot of sacrifice in terms of work life balance to be successful.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mondo in Mar 2023
Interview
I had an initial phone screen for an opportunity, I read the reviews on Glassdoor but I tried to enter the conversation with an open mind. I could tell straight off the bat this is a micromanaged company with zero work life balance, cliquey teams. When I asked about base salary increase the hiring lead told me they would get back to me and never did. I am glad I decided to not move forward.
I was emailed from LinkedIn to set up an interview but during the call the interviewer was acting like she the role wasn’t a fit. It was awkward! She kept saying she wants me to be happy and understand if it’s not a great fit because this role works long hours
