I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mondo (New York, NY) in Jul 2017
Interview
This process was an absolute waste of time. Nothing about their office, staff, or company culture seemed professional or legitimate. The entire process took nearly 5 weeks for them to ghost me several times and ultimately not offer me a job and not have any additional feedback other than the fact that their decision was "ultimately unavoidable." If you are at all interested in applying for a job at Mondo, I have one word of advice: DON'T. It's that simple. A former employee has confirmed that Mondo solicits reviews from current employees, so I guarantee there's a similar protocol for Interview feedback on Glassdoor.
Stay far, far away. I cannot stress that enough after hearing from a former employee. Keep your dignity and go for the job you really want.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mondo (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2026
Interview
First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mondo in Oct 2024
Interview
I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
