Interview
I reached out to a recruiter via LinkedIn and she got back to me. We had a great conversation about the role then went on to scheduling a phone interview with the sales team lead. Good conversation, emailed both the sales team lead and recruiter thanking them for the conversations then never heard back from either of them. It’s been over a month and still no contact. Even a “we went with someone else” would be better than zero contact.

Phone screening with internal recruiter, in person interview with 2-3 sales managers (one in the local office, the others from corporate)
Unfortunately, the internal recruiter never responded to my feedback from the in person interview. I take it that I didn’t get the job, but a rejection is more professional than no answer, especially since we had been in communication for about a week.
