Monster Reservations Group Inbound Call Center Agent interview questions

I applied and the next day got a call from a recruiter to schedule an interview for the following day. I arrived to the interview and one of the first things they asked me is if I still want the job. I then spent an hour interviewing, completing initial interview, typing speed test, shadowing for 15 minutes, and then final interview with the hiring manager where they asked me to read a script. We ended the interview and I felt good about how it went, just to have them contact the following day saying they went “with someone else who more closely aligns with the skills needed “. I checked all the boxes and completed the typing test in a 3rd of the required time just to be told about how great the company is, meet everyone, and end with “Gigi” who seemed to be judgmental from our first interaction.
