It takes a while to get hired. They hire a lot of temps but can be permanent. Online application, phone interview, in person interview, background check and drug screen, hired. Very casual conversation. Long hiring process. Long side by side training. Work from home. Bonuses.

Its a three step process. First the recuriter take phone interview. if you get selected then face to face interview with 2-3 Sales manager , including hiring manger interview then final interview with VP of Sales
