Started with cover letter and completing online tests based on analytical skills. Then I had a phone interview where I was asked basic personal skill based questions and asked to run through my CV.
Smooth and quick. 2 days after the application I had the interview. A lot of derivatives theory and description of my current job. A final part on macroeconomic commetnary and my views on specific events occurring right now

the hiring process started with the HR phone interview, which taking around 15 minutes, then there were four rounds of interviews with different people in group: hiring managers and vice presidents, executive directors.
