Cordial, conversational, and easy going. The biggest thing they are looking for is whether or not you care and are curious to learn about the job. They are open to various educational backgrounds and value work ethic over previous finance experience.

Standard. Applied early in the process. Recieved the standard hirevue questionnaire. After a couple of weeks heard back with a phone interview. A couple of days after got invited to a superday
classical why questions and self introduction, market awareness, and technical questions about the bond like duration and the yield curve and explaination. Also would ask something pretty simple about code skills.
