Interview
Contacted by H.R. person at college to meet with the Dean. At the interview the Dean said I was overqualified and should instead interview for the Director position which I did while I was there. I followed up a thank-you email. No response. Followed up again 1 week later and got the response from HR I was not selected for the position.

Interview
It really depends on your grades and if they have room. For the most part they just put you in a non-taxing position, see if you do what they tell you and test how well you do.
