Phone call interview with prospective manager, very basic non-technical questions, explained projects to me and asked which I was interested in working on, asked about my ability to handle physical demands of project

It was very low key - I submitted my resume and received a call back a few months later offering me the job. I had no communication with anyone in between my resume submission and the call.
