I applied online, and received an email to call them to book an interview. The interview was then over the phone and they then booked me in for a trial shift. Which was super relaxed and I got the job that same day.

the interview process was straight forward, and relaxed with typical sales questions asked. There were 2 people in the interview panel. The process was 30mins long. At the end of the interview I was told they had other candidates interview and would get back to in within a week

Trial shift at store with casual interview questions, took me into the store waited for the manger. was taken in for some questions then, told to do a trial shift. It was quite hard as there was hardly any cosutmers.

It was too fast, didn’t allow the candidate to explain anything. It was also a virtual interview which doesn’t allow for connectivity between candidates and employer. I would not recommend applying to Next
