The assessment centre is online, and quite intense in terms of the tasks involved, like written task, briefing, group discussion, and strength-based interview. But interviewers and assessors are very supportive and caring.

Describe a time when you have conflicting opinions with someone.
I interviewed for the NHS Management Accountant Trainee role with a panel of six interviewers. It was professional, well-structured, and supportive, giving me good experience and insight into the role.
Very nice, staff were friendly, mostly competency based questions. Some behavioural questions were used. Make sure to research about the issues affecting NHS etc in the news because being commercially aware is a good way to stand out
