Received an interview months after I had applied, interview was informal and was more relaxed than other interviews so there is nothing to worry about. Make sure to look up on the store's products before the interview and find out some information about Nike, also get revising your sports because a lot of questions are located around sports and customer service so prepared to give specific examples.

Do you like football? Do you like sports? Do you own any of our products? Are there any Nike athlete's that you look up to? Can you give an example of when you have provided good customer service?

Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
