Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about previous experiences?
How do you think your colleagues would describe you?
Why do you want to change of job?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NKT Photonics (Prague) in May 2025
Interview
My application got refused because
"1-during our phone call there was too much noise and 2- I am not enough communicative".
I was in vacation and I was so curious to know about this company and the open position I applied for, that decided to spend one hour of my vacation time. So the line manager focused just on the noise and not on my willing to be in contact asap.
Moreover I got his feedback, about the noise and lack of communication, from the recruiter after 4 days. But who has a lack of communication skills if he needs a third person to communicate me about the noise after so many days?
They already have an internal candidate for the position and are just filling some papers to show that their selection was done on a larger number of candidates. So please don't waste your time here.
quite a few rounds of interview, including online and in person. They are tough people. The interview steps are met rigorously. You have to prepare a thorough presentation. They will ask a lot of technocal and non-technical questions.
