A One on One with Department Head, and supervisor of department I would be working in. I had a working relationship, in another employment position, so many in the department knew my work capabilities prior to working at NOV.

Interview
It went very good, I asked a lot of questions. I was very interested in knowing what it was that I would be responsible for. The hours that I would be working. If I was going to work weekends. I was also concerned on the flexibility of the company. The benefits was a plus... great benefits.
