The interview followed an application online for the above position. In my case it was an unsolicited application. From there I got invited to an online job interview with the founder and the chief admin. The founder was very warm and accommodating as was the admin, they tried to get the best I could offer the school from my diverse experiences. Generally I loved it, but did not go through it.
