Online application, psychometric tests, phone interview and then assessment centre.
Application is very basic and easy to complete, shouldnt take longer than an hour. Tests are done via Talent-Q, one of the more difficult providers in my opinion, but still manageable.
After successful completion of application and tests, invitation for a phone interview. This lasts around 30-40 minutes and isn't too hard as long as you have prepared. Be ready for motivational questions surrounding the role, and the company itself, as well as how these fit in with your career aspirations long term. Also, be aware of the programme structure and how you think it will operate - I was quizzed on this.
A lot of emphasis is placed on your values, how you respond when asked to do something you morally dont agree with etc, as well as two competency based questions relating to team work and helping others. Have a look at expected behaviours and competencies and plan around this.
On completion of the phone interview, you will find out if you passed within 48 hours, although, note this does not guarantee an assessment centre place.
The assessment centre itself is a very enjoyable experience, begins with a group discussion, followed by an individual interview, then individual presentation and finally an in-tray exercise. No aspects are particularly challenging as long as you are confident in yourself and enable others to partivcipate and succeed in group exercise. Confidence is key with interview and presentation. In tray exercise very tight for time, so be aware and work at a fast pace. Bearing in mind expected competencies as before when completing it. Staff all extremely friendly and reassuring.
