I applied online. I interviewed at National Endowment for Democracy (Washington, DC) in May 2021
Interview
I was invited for two separate interviews. During a first one i was called out of the blue by HR and then i had one hour interview with project staff- I have not heard anything back since. Regarding second position, I received unexpected invitation from HR on my email address but day and time did not work for me and i tried to reschedule. I have not heard anything back since either. One of most nontransparent interview processes ever .

Interview
I had a 30 minute screening, with multiple questions ranging from easy to difficult. They told me they will get back to me the following week, and ghosted me. I followed up with them but didn't even hear a rejection email or that they moved on with another candidate. very unprofessional.
