Interview process was split into three stages. Personality, situational and cognitive ability. The situational aspect asked you to rank the most effective and least effective reaction to a situation. The cognitive ability was all about potting patterns and didnt involve and serious maths.

Telephone interview was conducted by the recruitment department and not members of the department you are applying to so may be difficult to convey technical knowledge.
