First we had a chat about myself and why I wanted to work there. Then there were 3 competency based questions that I had to give examples of my experiences with - they had warned me of what the 3 competencies were beforehand. Then there was an exercise with 3 situations where I had to say what I would do and why.

It seemed straight forward and easy to navigate. I finished the video interview but it's been over a week and I still have had absolutely nothing. Would be nice to have an email about any delays or an update.

Online mathematical and data input test, plus a question and answer task. Then it was onto a team's interview, where I was interviewed by two people. This was strength based questions, tailoring the questions so they were more personable than about previous experience. There was a role play half way through which I had 10 minutes to prepare for.

Video interview split into 2-3 different parts. Mostly situational/behavioural questions and about 20 minutes of roleplaying as a member rep by directing the customer to the correct resources and products. Both branch managers attended and were easy to speak to, they helped to encourage me to explain myself better. Called immediately after to say I got the position.
