I interviewed the 1st time more than 2 years ago, then I never heard from him. Come to find out, he liked me and kept my resume all that time. The second interview was a catch up type meeting which resulted in an offer.

Interview
Submitted resume, met with agency owner, discussed company setup and product focus. Reviewed my insurance experience and talked about strategies for generating new business and referral sources. Raised question of time commitment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. It did have a bit of a "sales pitch for the company" feel, talking about how the product and brand almost sell themselves, and there is a bit of truth to that.
