Native Sun Wellness interview questions

I wish I found these reviews before I interviewed. After the first interview, my gut told me to run, but I decided to go to the second interview in person. The COO refused to shake my hand or look me in the eye. He seemed arrogant and just gave off really negative vibes. After having me jump through hoops after the first interview and wanted more - he scoffed at my salary request - then they repost the position at a higher salary. I took it as the earths way of looking out for me.

After completing two rounds of testing / questionnaire I was contacted by a hiring manager. The first round interview was over the phone and lasted about an hour. The second round interview was held in the corporate office. Upon entering and waiting for the interview I knew it was not a good fit for me. The second interview lasted ten minutes for me as a result but it was a pretty basic interview. The questions were pretty birding and standard. It was much more of a corporate mentality and not very creative of an environment. They were dressed in goodies and beanie hats, really low key. Overall, pretty neutral.
