      The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Natwest (Exeter, England) in May 2009.

      First you go through a telephone interview which includes a simple maths test, as well as personality questions and a some brief questions about your work history. Then if you are successful, they invite you to a one on one interview with a second person taking notes and sometimes asking questions. You then have o do a role play using some information that they will give you.
