I applied online and posted my resume. The following day I was sent an email asking me to take an online assessment test. You are encouraged to take the test within 48 hours. The test a virtual computer simulation of teller transactions. At the end of the test you are asked two questions and your answers are recorded in the system and will be sent to the hiring manager for review. I just finished taking the test and I hope I get called in for an interview.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
