They were late at interview and the lady who ran the discussion started by pointing out how not fit I was for the job. It was weird as she focused all her energy (shared with working on the laptop - another bad manner) in a wrong direction. Very funny! :)

Interview
Initial call with a recruitment specialist (standard intro call, including role details and transparent salary/package details). Second stage is an interview with the direct line manager, with the last stage being a Case Study - requires preparation and presentation of your marketing plan.
First call with HR was good, they explain what expectations of the role are and you get the opportunity to explain what you bring to the table with your experience.
