I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Nashville, TN) in 01/11/2023
Interview
Phone interview followed by a panel of 3, 1 hour interviews. Phone interview was straightforward work history followed by two behavioral questions. I was told to prepare 12 situations, not to repeat any answers and that I would need to answer 4 questions in each. Each interviewer asked the same 4 questions. Felt like a mind game. If I’d received an offer I would have declined. Major red flag. Clearly no one cared enough to communicate with each other prior to the interview. Candidates spend time prepping; I’d recommend not just reading the first four questions on your list of approved questions from corporate. Disingenuous to say the least.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks.I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Saint Louis, MO) in 01/08/2017
Interview
It was a two step interview process. The 1st step is a phone screen interview with the HR recruiter. Over the phone, I was asked to walk through my previous roles and highlight any experiences I've had that would make me a good fit for the role I applied for. One key call out is I was asked 1 behavioral question. More specifically, the question was "Tell me about a time where you worked on a difficult task or project and ran into a roadblock. " 2nd step was a panel interview with multiple people (6 total). All behavioral questions were asked in this 2nd step of the interview process. They wanted real life concrete examples of specific behaviors that I have displayed in past situations that delivered positive results. A total of 12 questions were asked.
