One inteview for a limited term contract. First with the RH manager and the second with my manager. The RH manager asked some very personal questions like the job of my parents, how much are their wages etc. I think that this has no relevance with the job I applied for.

When I first applied for the position of the PR Manager at Netatmo in Paris I had a 1hour phone call with my first contact. After that I submitted examples of my work and I was notified that I would have another call but this time on Skype with a second contact. After this 2nd call, they summoned me to Paris for a formal interview and they decided to inform me on Tuesday telling me the interview would be in 2 days (on Friday). The reason was that the CEO supposedly wanted to meet me, and he was going on holiday the week after. I arrive at Netatmo in Paris, there is no meeting with the CEO, they don't even mention it. I have an interview with a third contact, repeating the same questions the second one had posed over Skype. After half an hour (and without even offering me a glass of water) I go on to have a conversation (or I should say interrogation) with the first contact with whom I spoke firstly over the phone. The first contact asks me weird questions, like how much is my current rent (in another EU country), and writes it down. They tell me they will let me know their decision next week or the week after. They also ask me for a recommendation from my previous employer, I provide the contact (they call and interrogate my previous employer for half an hour, later on next week). 2 days after my interview, they change their tune once again and I receive a task - they are asking me to propose a PR strategy for an event and I have a week to solve it. I send over my proposal exactly 6 days after that and never hear from them again until 2 MONTHS LATER when I decide to message the first contact on Whatsapp (after 4 unanswered emails), because I wanted to close the option in my mind. In the end, the first contact finally responds and types a short rejection message on Whatsapp! This whole process was contradictory, unprofessional and with no organisation what so ever. Wouldn't apply for a position here again.

I met the recruiter at an on-campus event in my school. We talk about my experiences and expectations, then she mentioned that they were recruiting more data analysts. We had a nice chat, so we exchanged contacts. One week after, I contacted her by email but didn't receive any reply. A negative reply would even do.

One of the unprofessional and careless HR professionals. They never get back to the candidate and they don't even send a rejection or feedback about the interview. They make the candidate do some exercises and they dont even care to discuss the results

A telephone meeting was scheduled and then rescheduled multiple times before it actually happened. I was asked about my experience and was told about the position at hand. I was specifically told I would be contacted a week later regarding the outcome of my application, but was then ghosted by the hiring manager. I tried contacting Netatmo by e-mail multiple times, but my messages were ignored every single time.

1er entretien téléphonique avec RH puis entretien au sein de l'entreprise avec le hiring manager + RH.
Le hiring manager fut très pro et la conversation intéressante. Cependant, les deux entretiens avec la RH étaient très spéciaux ont l'ont a pas hésité à me traiter de menteur sur mes précédents projets ou encore de me traiter d'égocentrique.
On ne m'a jamais donné de nouvelles, alors qu'ils m'ont fait déplacer de province pour faire cet entretien.

Cela a commencé par un retour par mail, puis un entretien téléphonique d'environ 30mn, et enfin un double-entretien dans les locaux de l'entreprise avec un responsable RH pour reparler du poste et ensuite un entretien plus poussé avec responsable d'équipe relié au poste.

J'ai été contacté pour une offre de stage en Product Management. Le processus a été rapide, j'ai passé un entretien téléphonique puis j'ai très rapidement été contacté pour un entretien sur site pour lequel j'ai préparé une étude de cas. Cela a nécessité quelques heures de travail, pas toujours facile quand on a des cours et des examens à coté.

Entretiens faciles et agréables, équipe sympa, missions intéressantes mais rien n'est fait pour attirer les talents en termes d'avantages ou de culture d'entreprise
