Many rounds of interview. It took them 3 months to complete the process or rather make a decision. It was frustrating in the end and I did not even follow-up.It looks Russians are making all the decisions.

He phone screen went very well and when came time to schedule an in person interview it never happened, even though I was told it would. HR would not return any emails for status update. This is extremely unprofessional and is a bad business practice as I took the time to talk with them. If that was a sign of how the company operates, I'm glad I didn't move on in the process, very inconsiderate for those who are trying to get a job with the company. I certainly hope someone from the company reads this review.

I went to 6 interviews starting from Talent & Acquisition team to VP of Consulting. It took about 5 months from the first contact till contract signing. First, the Recruiter sent me an email asking whether I wanted to participate in a hiring process for this position and then we setup a call. After having this first contact, I proceed to other more technical / business related interviews. I was interviewed by Senior Director, Project Director, SVP, VP and Senior Manager
